How can I track delivery of my order?
We usually email you the tracking reference number and the name of our shipping partner used for your shipment. You can visit our shipping partner website and track your shipment through the tracking number.
Do you charge additional shipping charges?
We usually charge an additional shipping charge. Currently, the shipping charge is standard for any delivery across India, but this can change at any time in the future.
What is the standard delivery time?
Please allow five to seven days for your order to reach. Delivery times will depend on the terms & conditions of our delivery partners and will vary from the destination of the shipment. Any delay in shipping times is beyond our control and hence we recommend you to account for some buffer days for your delivery.
Why is the CoD option not available for orders above ₹2000?
Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.
Do you charge additional for CoD?
Currently we charge a fee for all Cash On Delivery orders. The CoD fee is displayed during the checkout page.
Do you accept returns?
We don’t accept returns. However, if any product is damaged during shipping, or in case you have received a wrong product, we will ship you a new product.
Do you give refunds?
Refunds are given in cases where it is not possible to take deliver the shipment. This might change with season or other factors beyond our control.
Can I cancel the order?
