  • 1 cup Manna Ragi flour
  • Water & salt to taste

  • Mix the ragi flour in a cup of cold water till it forms a thick paste- Boil water in a bowl and add salt to taste
  • Now add the ragi flour paste slowly to the boiling water stirring it to ensure there are no lumps
  • Reduce the flame, cover with a lid and cook for a few minutes
  • The consistency must be semi solid like the wheat dough
  • When serving, wet your hand take out and make a ball and put it in the middle of a plate
  • Add ghee or butter to it and serve it with your favourite meat curry or sambhar
